I like how they agreed to my request of borrowing their iron and iron board

the window in the toilet. privacy is a concern in the toilet. there is no exhaust fan so you need to open the window but the other side can see you if they actually tried. I can see the window from the other so it means they can also see me.

Good Staff, affordable price, accessible to SM & LRT, clean room, spacious room and toilet., delicious food.

Defective shower set, tiles' slope to drain causing ponding at toilet, lock of back door is defective. Please provide a bucket and "tabo" at toilet.

The hotel is beautiful and clean, the location is great, the staff are friendly, and the price is very competitive.

Only the air conditioner is loud compared to other hotels.

Very Good

The hotel is located in a very nice residential area. We always felt very safe and it was wonderful to escape the noise of the city. We had only planned to stay 3 nights but we stayed 4. Right next door is a large shopping center with everything you need. As always in the Philippines, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It was definitely our best hotel in Manila. Thank you very much.
